Phase 1 articles start from primary filings and public data — red herrings and prospectuses, exchange notices, and company financial statements. Every number in an article is expected to trace to a cited source with an access date.

Quantitative stock ratings, a screener, and the nightly data pipeline are Phase 2. This page will describe those methods when they ship. Until then, treat each article as a standalone educational note, not a rating.
